Warranties and Refunds

Just because the Manufacturer says that an item you have purchased has a specific warranty period ( example 12 months or 2 years) does not mean that the warranty has automatically  extinguished or expired on the anniversary of the date of purchase.

More often than not, you can claim under the warranty well after the stated manufacturers warranty has expired.

Any item that is purchased has an implied warranty that it will service you for a reasonable period of time and would perform to reasonable level acceptance.
